Document's Management
To simplify the originating step or modification of a document MDM bases its logic on the template (Which are forms where all properties and elements of a single document are defined).
Every template has a form to be filled up directly or with a copy/paste from an external file.
No HTML's knowledge is required.
Every area has its own templates.
Templates have in common the bases properties, such as the title, description, and the possibility to save files with different extensions.
Once logged in the restricted area (using password and user number), the editor chooses which template to view (only the templates available for him/her) and go further to create the document which will be saved automatically.
